/ 1. Get in touch

Email your details to: info@altereddimensions.com.au

You will receive an email which includes our client questionnaire form. This questionnaire is our opportunity to gather necessary information, and to
establish your expectations around your renovation/extension. We ask that you include as much information as possible.

/ 2. Meet ‘n greet

We take the time to meet you on site, obligation free, to discuss your project requirements. In this meeting, we will cover:

  • The outcomes you wish to achieve with your proposed project
  • Building design and inspiration
  • Your vision for the project
  • Required commencement/completion date
  • Budget
  • Quality of specification

/ 3. Design and plan

You tell us what style of renovation/extension you have in mind and we can recommend the draftsperson or architect that we think is most suited to fulfil your needs. We then work as a team to give you the very best in design service. Or you bring your own plans.

/ 4. Cost estimate

We prepare a budget estimate or quotation for you with site works and all other inclusions.

/ 5. Cost acceptance

We discuss changes and additions to the project and gain your approval to proceed with the works.

/ 6. Signing of contracts

Contracts are prepared for you to sign, using standard Master Builders Association Contract. We will also develop a time line program for the project and arrange a start date.

/ 7. Commence construction works

You will receive updates on the progress of the project. Site meetings are arranged to monitor the progress of the project.

/ 8. Handover

We carry out a detailed inspection of the completed works with you and rectify incomplete works/defects for final acceptance and occupation. Arrange for all third party inspections to be carried out.

/ 9. Maintenance period

We attend to any issues or any rectification works that require completion during the defects liability period.
